I would just like to say how impressed we were with your sales and customer service having just taken delivery of a new Ford Fiesta today. The black and white registration plates are a really touch. Derek Schulz was our sales person and he handled the whole experience very well and made it as easy for us as it could be. Dear Todd ,In our excitement of buying our beautiful silver Ford Fiesta I did not thank you for your help in the process. Our salesman Andrew Griffiths was remarkable! Our local dealership had not initially recognised us as serious purchases and then made the decision to try and push two colours (chilli orange or phantom purple), neither of which we were interested in. They assured me I would not be able to “ find a silver one in the whole country”. I therefore decided to phone around.  Andrew was one of the very few salesman who recognised that: I needed to begin discussions over the phone as I had no intention of going into a dealership without the confidence the sales person was genuinely going to try to help with my request. His amazing support and guidance with this large, but exciting purchase was very much appreciated.  However, without your support behind the scenes authorising the deal and the tremendous offer to fly both myself and my daughter up so that we could collect the car cannot go unnoticed.  I would like to say a very special thank you to you!! We recently purchased a car from you whilst travelling up the coast from Port Macquarie for holidays on our way to Queensland. We purchased a Ford XR6 2007 model. We love the car but the service was absolutley wonderful whilst being happy with the purchase price and our trade in. There were so many other things that impressed our family which are listed below:
Peter Mitchell whom looked after us on the day was a wonderful salesman probably the nicest that we have ever come accross and one that we will certainly recommend and come back to again. Our car was filled up with petrol for us. We had personalised number plates on the car that we were trading in and Peter went to the Motor Transport for us whilst we unpacked and repacked our new car. Our car insurance was all transferred over for us along with our road service and then we were introduced to the staff over in the service dept. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Peter and it was a pleasure bringing our business to you.
We will definatley recommend Mike Blewitts

Hi

We have recently bought a Holden Commodore Wagon from Mike Blewitt Ford.

Our buying experience was excellent - we had an extremely helpful and likeable salesman, George.

I returned this morning to get a pink slip in prep for rego.

I don't think the guys in your service department were really ready for what they were about to experience!

What they did for me this morning was so far above and beyond what any job description would ask for that I just had to let you know what fantastic employees you have.

I guess what has motivated me to send this email is the little card that was left hanging around my mirror when I picked up the vehicle asking me to rate the service from 1-10 via text message. Just texting "10" couldn't tell you how pleased I am with the service.

I checked in my vehicle just outside the service building doors. I had my two very well behaved children (for once!) sitting in the pram and my very obedient black lab on a lead next to us.

Whilst talking to one of your staff members, I looked down and saw that my dog had decided to relieve himself. Lucky I was armed with bags. However when the dog stepped away, we all saw that no normal size bag was going to pick up this load.

We all laughed but I was cursing, and cursing. How could this dog do this to me. The two guys who were there by now proceeded to tell me not to worry and they had a bucket (yes, it was that bad) and a shovel out the back. One of the guys left to fetch the bucket and shovel after which I heard pearls of laughter coming from out the back and one-by-one staff members came to have a look and a laugh.

When the bucket and spade fetcher returned, one of the guys shovelled up the waste and got it into a plastic bag. It didn't end there - they actually insisted they dispose of the plastic bag after I offered to take it away.

After a good wash of the driveway I was on my way.

I just wanted to thank the boys in the service department. What they did was great. They could have left me there to pick it up myself with an audience of blokes.

I think my dog made their day too! Thanks to the boys at Mike Blewitt for picking up my dog's sh*t and giving me a good laugh for the day.
